The Labor Coexistence Committee of the CES University and the ICMT aims to contribute to the prevention and solution of situations caused by conduct of workplace harassment within the institutions, being one more tool in the protection of employees against psychosocial risks that may affect your health in the workplace.

OBJECTIVE: To generate a collective conscience for the coexistence between the University Labor Community and the employees of the ICMT, in order to internalize values that lead to the promotion of work in dignified and fair conditions, harmony and a good occupational environment, protecting privacy , honor, mental health and freedom of employees.

• It is not a group for complaints and claims
• It is not for requesting salary increases
• It is not to speak ill of others
• Neither to request a change of boss or functions
• It is not a disciplinary committee, it is a mediator and conciliator committee

What is workplace harassment?

• Conduct aimed at instilling fear, intimidation, terror, demotivation or inducing resignation.
• Persistence (+ 2 times).
• It must be demonstrable.
• Those involved have an employment relationship.

• This Committee will be integrated in a bipartite manner by two representatives of the employees, elected by voting carried out at the CES University and at the ICMT; and two representatives of the employer, designated by the latter.

• Holds quarterly meetings to review the committee's management and possible requests for employee support.

• Promotes campaigns for the improvement of labor relations with the support of the Human Development and Welfare unit.
