The program begins with an assessment process of the key competencies of a world-class consultant, where the selected participants will be evaluated to identify a baseline and follow up during and after the training to see the progress in the development of the competences evaluated. The program consists of 10 modules, under the seminar - workshop modality that guarantee the achievement of the proposed objectives. The modules are developed through conferences, participatory workshops, group work and individual development and management of experiential experiences with cases of the business and institutional sector, international cooperation, local, regional and national social management. Face-to-face tutorials will be developed with the program's teachers. The pedagogical model of the Bureau Veritas school of consultants, is based on learning by doing, in each of the modules the participants will have the opportunity to apply the tools, models and concepts through practical exercises, thought about the business reality that the consultant in his day and in his trade.
