Methodology

Patient safety is today one of the dimensions of healthcare quality most valued by both service users, their families, professionals, directors, administrators and other personnel of health institutions and is a priority strategy in the System of Health in the world. It requires the planned implementation of actions based on scientifically proven evidence, to transform the corporate culture into a fair, formative and non-punitive culture of Patient safety. Building safe environments that identify, analyze and manage incidents and adverse events that occur in health institutions.

Professionals from the different areas of health service provision, leaders, managers and teams responsible for the planning and operation of health care in the Institutions that provide and / or manage health services.

Master classes will be held in the technology-assisted face-to-face modality; with conceptual presentations complemented with practical exercises and workshops that allow the participant to assimilate the theory and develop the ability to design and manage mechanisms for the intervention of risks and the strengthening of patient safety during the care process, achieving a focused Safe Institution in the Client and oriented to high quality standards.
