The modality of the event is Face-to-face
At present, a higher prevalence of alterations in mental processes is observed in adulthood. Some people often experience lapses in concentration, forgetfulness, problems in planning, organization or time management, as well as errors in naming objects or remembering names of well-known people.
These difficulties can be caused by psychological factors such as anxiety, depression and stress, but also by organic causes such as hypothyroidism, vitamin deficiency, autoimmune diseases, kidney or liver problems, cardiovascular diseases or bad habits such as the consumption of liquor and cigarettes and the sedentary lifestyle.
Detecting and intervening in time the difficulties in mental abilities, it is necessary to delay the appearance of neurological problems such as cognitive deficit and dementia.
