Modality

The modality of the event is Face-to-face

Currently, a wide range of researchers, institutions and programs use non-invasive methods as one of the main tools for monitoring wildlife and studying their dynamics in ecosystems. Given the usefulness of these methods and their potential use and application for biological, ecological and conservation studies, this course aims to provide students and professionals in a technical, but enjoyable and practical way, the conceptual tools on non-invasive detection methods and wildlife monitoring, thus providing the necessary knowledge for the design, implementation and application in research projects, management and conservation of wildlife through indirect and remote methods.

Undergraduate and graduate students, professionals in the biological sciences. The course can also be taken by other people (or non-biological professions) interested in non-invasive knowledge of biodiversity.
