The unexpected pandemic due to COVID-19, for which the country was not prepared in terms of health, employment and mobility, among others, has favored the launch of the search for different solutions to the changes presented, forcing the government entities to make quick decisions such as the requirement to stay at home as a preventive and risk mitigation measure.
