The unexpected pandemic due to COVID-19, for which the country was not prepared in terms of health, employment and mobility, among others, has favored the launch of the search for different solutions to the changes presented, forcing the government entities to make quick decisions such as the requirement to stay at home as a preventive and risk mitigation measure. Likewise, he demanded to make a conversion in what has usually been and for years the system of face-to-face and supervised work to the modality of telework. This reality, not easy to assimilate and added to the multiple activities of people at home such as domestic chores, intense interaction with children among others, today require organization, planning, schedule planning and adoption of disciplines on the part of employers and workers to avoid work fatigue, chronic fatigue and the psychosocial impact that these changes in lifestyle and adaptation to it lead to subjecting the musculoskeletal system to great risks. Therefore, companies are observing a shift in some of their risks since updating their risk matrices and Epidemiological Surveillance Systems, not only to face the current situation but also in the concept of the future restructuring of companies towards teleworking. . For this reason, it is necessary to offer an academic and technical tool that allows organizations to accompany them to restructure their matrices based on technical guidelines related to musculoskeletal risk, so that they can overcome these risks presented in the face of staying at home. to the current situation and for the future of companies.
