The new municipal administrations are faced with great challenges, including two of vital importance: knowing and complying with contractual processes to guarantee transparency and efficiency in management, minimizing risks, efficiently managing the health sector given the regulatory complexity and the sensitivity of the matter to the population. The forum seeks to open a space for updating and analyzing these aspects in order to contribute to the successful management of the new municipal mayors.
