We share the characteristics or requirements that you must meet to be part of this Diploma

The modality of the event is Face-to-face

In the previous legal systems, there were figures that provided the space for professionals in the psychosocial area to make their contributions to the legal field, in rare situations their services were demanded and their contributions in judicial decision-making were considered essential. In this order, exceptionally in the labor market there were professionals in this field and less frequently there were academic offers that at the undergraduate or postgraduate level had a line of training that referred to their work as judicial assistants.

This implies a significant deficit of experts in the forensic field, with mastery in the exposition of their concepts in the field of orality and of course the knowledge of the legal field, a lack that is reflected in the way in which the role and support provided to the administration of justice from the psychosocial field is exercised.

For this reason, it is necessary to develop qualifications that glimpse the panorama of the aspects that most often demand the service of professionals and the relationship between legal regulation and the delimitation of the expert's action, as well as his role in orality.

Professionals of psychology and health sciences working in the area of mental health

Face-to-face assisted by technology through synchronous meetings.

The methodology of the course is online with synchronous interaction between teachers and attendees -at defined times and dates-.
