In the previous legal systems, there were figures that provided the space for professionals in the psychosocial area to make their contributions to the legal field, in rare situations their services were demanded and their contributions in judicial decision-making were considered essential. In this order, exceptionally in the labor market there were professionals in this field and less frequently there were academic offers that at the undergraduate or postgraduate level had a line of training that referred to their work as judicial assistants.
The foregoing implies a significant deficit of experts in the forensic field, with mastery in the presentation of their concepts in the field of orality and of course knowledge of the legal field, a lack that is reflected in the way in which the role is being exercised. and the support that from the psychosocial sphere is provided to the administration of justice.
For this reason, it is necessary to develop qualifications that glimpse the panorama of the aspects that most frequently demand the service of professionals and the relationship between legal regulation and the delimitation of the expert's actions, as well as their role in orality.
