Career discounts (undergraduate programs)

  • CES University undergraduate and graduate graduates: 15%
  • Children of CES University undergraduate or graduate students: 10% (2)
  • Siblings, spouses, parents and children, who are simultaneously pursuing an undergraduate degree at CES University: 10% (2)
  • Students doing two undergraduate degrees simultaneously at CES University: 20% (1-13)
  • Active CES student referring a new student: 5% (3)
  • CES student, to be authorized exchange or internship: 20 (4)
  • Graduates of secondary education institutions under a current agreement with CES, enrolled within one year of graduation: 10% (8-14)
  • CES seedbed graduates: 5% (8-14)
  • Children and spouses of employees linked to the CES University: 15% (2)
  • Son of a teacher assigned to the CES: 10% (2-11)
  • Employees linked to CES University through an employment contract: 30% (15)
  • CES University professors intermittent, active in the immediately preceding period: 15% (5)

Discounts on non-clinical postgraduate courses                                         

  • Recent undergraduate CES students: 20% (6)
  • Undergraduate and graduate CES graduates: 15%
  • Emergency Medicine residents can simultaneously manage IPS by paying only 20% IPS.
  • Residents of Clinical Specialties can simultaneously pursue a Master’s degree in Tropical Medicine, paying 50% of the Master’s tuition.
  • Children of CES Undergraduate or Graduate Students or Programs in agreement: 10% (2)
  • Siblings, spouses, parents and children, who are simultaneously studying a postgraduate course at the CES University: 10% (2)
  • Graduate of a postgraduate course at CES University who wants to do another postgraduate course at CES University: 20% (7)
  • Active CES student referring a new student: 5% (3)
  • CES student, authorized to exchange or internship: 20% (4)
  • Employees linked through an employment contract with CES University: 35% (15)
  • Intermittent CES teachers, active in the immediately preceding period: 15% (5)
  • Seconded CES teachers: 10% (11)
  • CES graduates with academic excellence: 50% (8)
  • Cancellation of the entire program: 5% (9)
  • Affiliates of Employee Funds Union CES, Company, Cooperative or who are members of benefit plans that have an agreement with the CES, (including their spouse and children): 10% (10)
  • Children and spouse, permanent companion of employee linked to CES University: 15% (2)
  • Son of a teacher assigned to the CES: 10% (2-11)
  • Employees of institutions with a teaching service agreement: 20% (11)

NOTES:

  1. About the value of each license plate.
  2. They must present a civil registry or sworn statement attesting to their status.
  3. Before the start of the registration process, the referral must be admitted and must register financially for the period immediately following. One-time discount applies. The person referring must notify the respective faculty in writing, giving full details of the person to be referred and mentioning their interest in obtaining the benefit. Cumulative discount.
  4. Check requirements with the Global Affairs office.
  5. Certified by the corresponding Faculty.
  6. Applies for the graduate with less than 6 months of graduation (date of graduation certificate).
  7. This item does not apply to PhDs.
  8. Discount effective within one year of graduation.
  9. This payment must be made at the time of registration for the first academic period of the program. Cumulative discount.
  10. The interested party must bring certification from the employee’s Fund, Company, Cooperative or Entity that manages the Benefit Plan that accredits him/her as a member of the same, employee or beneficiary.
  11. You must request authorization from the service teaching area of CES University.
  12. They must inform before the inscription to the event and all carry out the event.
  13. If you postpone or withdraw from one of the two programs without just cause, the discount will be automatically invalidated and you must return it to the institution.
  14. Only applicable on the first registration fee of the first academic semester.
  15. They must submit a labor certification of no more than one month.

* All discounts regulated in this agreement, operate for students, teachers, administrative staff (Apply for employees of CECIF, ICMT, CES Clinic, UT’s where CES University has participation, Knowledge-based Business Units (Certified by the Directorate of Research and Innovation)) and graduates of all formal education programs of CES (To the non-degree graduate apply the same benefits as for the Graduate – valid for non-degree graduates whose time does not exceed one year immediately prior to the application of the discount, The program is available to students and graduates of all formal education programs that we develop in agreement in the city, as well as nationally.

*The discounts described in this agreement are not cumulative, except for 5% for timely payment enshrined in paragraph I and 5% for referencing enshrined in paragraphs A and F of Article 2 of this agreement.

*The discounts described in this agreement are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.

*Discounts must be requested within the dates indicated by the Administrative and Financial Management for each academic period.

*Discounts must be renewed for each academic period, always attaching the required documentation for each one. With the exception of discounts for graduates and children of graduates.

*All doubts that may arise in the application of this agreement shall be resolved by the Administrative Committee.
