Certificate request

Through this service you can request certificates issued by Admissions Registry and Academic Control.
The University issues certificates at the request of the student and not in the name of third parties or public or private entities.

Follow these steps to request a certificate:

Step 1 - Be at peace and safe with the CES University for all reasons.
To issue the certificate, you must not present blockades pending peace and except with the University.

Step 2 - How to request the certificate
The request for certificates can be made through the following service channels:

• Directly at the Admissions and Registration office with prior online payment, bank or University Cashier, indicating type of certificate, full name, type and identity document, academic program to which you belong.
• Through the email admisiones@ces.edu.co with previous online payment, bank or University Cashier, indicating type of certificate, full name, type and identity document, academic program to which you belong.
• Through the Web, using the Extranet, option "Certificate Request"

Note: Without prior payment of pecuniary rights, no document is issued.

Step 3 - Delivery of certificates
The certificate is delivered only to the student who requested the certificate by presenting the identity document or card.

In case of not being able to claim it personally, you can delegate to someone, who must physically present the written authorization in Admissions and the identity document.

If the authorization arrives by email, it will be based on the principle of good faith and will be delivered upon presentation of the document that identifies you as the authorized person.

Students enrolled and admitted in the corresponding academic period.

Who can request it:
Graduates with degrees. It is the proof that proves that the professional title is registered at the university. If you received the degree before 1996 and have not yet registered the diploma at the University, you must present the original of the diploma in order to register it and issue the certificate.
