How to access research and innovation funds?

Members of the university community who wish to access the funds must be endorsed by their respective Faculty or program, undergraduate or graduate, and comply with the terms of reference, amount and type of project to be presented.

The Research and Innovation Directorate is pleased to present the institutional calls, which aim to support, with the CES University's own resources, those Research and Innovation projects presented by research professors and members of the university community.

The call has two modalities, according to the type of project to be presented: Research or Innovation. Both modalities have two types of amount (minimum amount and medium amount). The periodicity, maximum amount and terms of reference for the different modalities are presented below:

Objective: Support with the CES University's own resources activities aimed at strengthening capacities in formative research or investigative training that are not contemplated within the areas of projects approved in the institutional calls for research and innovation. The Research and Innovation Directorate, in accordance with institutional policies, has established the following modalities:

Poster: a poster is understood to be a graphic piece that allows the presentation of results derived from research, technological development and innovation activities.

Registration to scientific societies: by registration to scientific societies, membership in associations of researchers / innovators on topics of interest to research groups or centers is understood.

Scientific event: a presentation in a scientific event is understood to be participation as a lecturer with the purpose of presenting results derived from research, technological development and innovation activities.

Publication of scientific article: a scientific article is understood to be a report that presents results derived from research, technological development and innovation activities, published in a specialized journal.

Scientific training: Scientific training is understood to mean participation in courses, diplomas, seminars and workshops in order to strengthen the capacities in science, technology and innovation of researchers and innovators.

Incoming scientific mobility: incoming scientific mobility is understood as the movement of researchers / innovators from other national or international institutions to the CES University, in order to carry out research, technological development and innovation activities in research groups and centers.

Technological resources: it is understood by technological resources, equipment and devices necessary to carry out research, technological development and innovation activities in research groups and centers.

Scientific relationship: it is understood by scientific relationship, visits, meetings and other activities aimed at establishing and consolidating links and strategic alliances with institutions and interest groups.

Content development: content development is understood to be the design of newsletters, manuals, web pages, audiovisual material or other types of material for the development of research, technological development and innovation activities.

The Research Groups bring together professionals from different disciplines with common interests in the generation of knowledge, who join forces to develop research activities in accordance with pre-established work plans.

The CES University supports the formation of research groups and strengthens their management and capacities to generate knowledge, facilitating administrative and operational processes, so that as their work and scientific production becomes visible and recognized, they achieve in the national platform of science and technology.

The research hotbeds of the CES University highlight the research activity carried out by the students of each of the academic programs of the University with the accompaniment of the researchers assigned to the different research groups, in order to acquire and strengthen their capacities. and skills through their active participation in the development of research projects.

Objective: To socialize the best research and innovation projects carried out in each of the faculties and programs, and to reward the most outstanding of these, in recognition of the quality of the research and innovation carried out at the CES University.
