Dear university community,
This time of global uncertainty has helped us rethink our institution. With the aim of following the missionary axes and the vision of the University, I want to share with you some administrative changes with which we hope to be more effective, coherent and pertinent in our processes aimed at constant excellence:
- The Fundadores Library, in its administrative process and as a support area in the teaching, research and extension functions of the CES University, comes under the responsibility of the Research and Innovation Directorate. From there, the institutional magazines will be coordinated among other activities that will be complemented with the portfolio of services that it has been providing. For its part, Editorial CES now complements the offer of the Extension office.
- Taking into account that the Virtual University Sessions will take place between October 2 and 9 of this year, I inform the academic and administrative community of the Poblado headquarters that October 8 and 9 will be free for all staff, so that they can share with their friends and family, always taking care of us and complying with all biosafety measures in all places, so the headquarters of the Town will be closed and no person will be allowed to enter.
It is important to clarify that the service centers continue to carry out their activities on a regular basis and according to the policies of each headquarters, the days will be granted to the personnel who work there.
Remember that self-care is essential to continue with our institutional activities. Now with greater responsibility is the time to take care of ourselves, to think about the health and well-being of all those around us.
You take care of yourself and others!
