The correspondence received and sent from the CES University Document Administration Center (CAD) is part of the administrative activities that had to migrate to virtual processes, in the midst of the contingency that the country is going through due to mandatory preventive isolation, as a measure to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
"We hope that everything will be via email that the external companies send the correspondence electronically and that the CES University areas will also do it electronically ," said Sergio Torres Escudero, CAD coordinator.
In case of requiring the shipment or collection of packages, envelopes, specific documents, you must make the request with the complete data of the recipient (Name, address, telephone) to the email:firstname.lastname@example.org. In the case of shipments, these will be made with the companies Fedex, Saferbo, Envigado Express, Deprisa, and the companies will proceed to collect the package where it is located.
Likewise, the CAD will receive the electronic invoicing by email: email@example.com. The dispatch of correspondence by the University will also be carried out electronically.
"We looked for alternatives that would allow us to move forward to provide the service that we have in this case, handling the reception and sending of correspondence from the University," added coordinator Torres Escudero.
Applications will be received during business hours from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. In addition, you can make inquiries and requests on the phone (4) 4440555 Ext. 1324 or by e-mails: lmarulanda @ ces .edu.co or firstname.lastname@example.org
