On June 18, the CES University Contact Center completed one year of being in operation, providing a personalized service to the university community and all the applicants of our Institution.

This Contact was created by the need to provide better attention and guidance to the internal and external public of the University, becoming a service platform.

"We have received 60,446 calls throughout this year and made approximately 10,494, with a service level of 97.5%, that is, almost all calls have been answered and in the shortest time possible," said Angela María Gallón Botero, head of the Marketing area.

Photograph of the CES University Contact CenterOur Contact has 7 agents, and currently it has been a point of reference for other service centers and educational institutions because it is owned by the University and operated by our collaborators, without the need for a third party.

Luisa Fernanda Jaramillo Raigosa, data management assistant at CES University, expressed "Here we respond to all the concerns that students have, for example, schedules, they are given a special orientation on the program of interest and their differentiators are explained, as well as the entire enrollment process."
