Rodolfo Garzón is one of the educational guides in charge of disseminating the Metro culture in the transportation system. His experience has consisted of dealing with different people to spread, not only behavior within the Metro, but also positive values and attitudes outside it.
Like Rodolfo, around 110 guides have been trained by the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of the CES University since July of this year. Among the educational guides there are ten people with disabilities and five more speak a second language.
"We seek to accompany our allies in the achievement of their goals and corporate projects, in the particular case of the Metro, being able to accompany the organization and strengthen its service matrix is a great responsibility that we assume with the greatest possible commitment ," said Dr. Óscar Berrío Díaz, Dean of the Faculty of Administrative and Economic Sciences of the University.
For the training of users, our institution undertook pedagogical actions that range from the delivery of personalized information, rules for the use of the system, origin-destination orientation, use of accessibility and affordability technological devices, among others. All this, aimed at users, interest groups and people with disabilities.
