CES University remains committed to the care and protection of its university community and their families in the midst of the coronavirus contingency.
For this reason, the Institution, through the Sustainability office, signed an alliance with the messenger company Messengers SAS and the retail chain, Supermercado La 80, in order to take it to the door of student homes and CES employees the food, to prevent them from leaving home and exposing themselves to a contagion by COVID-19.
“Being a family-responsible company (efr) also implies taking care of yourself and your family. That is why we have made an alliance so that you do not worry and stay at home ”, expressed Tatiana Molina Velásquez, head of the University's Sustainability Office.
To make their purchases, people must make the product lists filling out an Excel format. Once completed, the form is sent to the WhatsApp lines: 31558168 and 3185515357, which were enabled only for University personnel. For this reason, it will be necessary to send a photo of the institutional card to the indicated numbers beforehand to the market list.
The supermarket chain has four branches in the Aburrá Valley. It will provide service from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 in the morning and 5:00 in the afternoon for requesting addresses.
People may make the payment against delivery in cash, by transfer or through dataphone, informing in advance. The value of the address will be $ 5,500 for shipments to Medellín and Bello and $ 6,500 to other municipalities in the metropolitan area.
