According to the official data of the results in the generic competences of the Saber Pro 2019 tests, published by the Colombian Institute for the Evaluation of Education - ICFES, six programs, of the 10 that presented the tests of the CES University of Medellín In undergraduate modality, they ranked first in Colombia and Antioquia with the best scores in the State tests, presented by students at the end of 2019.
For example, the Ecology and Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics programs were the first at the national level compared to other equal careers offered by higher education institutions in Colombia. In addition to this, the undergraduate degrees in Physiotherapy, Medicine, Dentistry and Psychology were the first at the departmental level, where Business Administration, Biology, Law and Pharmaceutical Chemistry also stood out for their important results.
In general and at the country level, the CES University was located in the top 10 of higher education institutions with the best scores in the State tests led by the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá. In Antioquia, thealma materranked fourth.

Likewise, the ICFES included among the best individual results 78 students from the University, among which they stand out for being the best in our country.alma materin each of its programs: María Antonia Mesa Maya of Medicine; José Santiago Muñetón Ríos of Law; Karen Álvarez Hernández of Physiotherapy; Juan David Molina Sierra of Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics; Adriana Hoyos Pérez of Psychology; Santiago Osorio Álvarez of Business Administration; and Juanita Cañas Valencia of Odontology.
Finally, the results in the Saber T&T tests were just as satisfactory. The Technology in Prehospital Care program obtained the fourth best score at the national level compared to other institutions with the same program. Likewise, in the list of the best students of these tests, 15 students from the University were included, where Catalina Agudelo Ramírez stood out for obtaining the best score at the national level among all students of this technology.
