A total of 43 brigade members of the institution will be attentive to the day that will extend to the El Poblado headquarters in its three buildings, the Veterinary and Zootechnics Center (CVZ) of the Envigado headquarters and the IPS CES Sabaneta, which will start from at 9:00 in the morning.

“Through this drill we can evaluate action, mobilization and decision-making mechanisms for the response to a critical event in our organization. Because safety is everyone's commitment ”, stated Dr. Jorge Julián Osorio Gómez, rector of the CES University.

The drill seeks to "improve planning, coordination and communication between public and private entities and the community, for an effective response to events generated by different threatening phenomena," according to the Disaster Risk Management Unit.

"Participation in large-scale activities such as the national emergency drill allows the university community to be prepared and informed about aspects that can be put into practice in critical situations due to events that are not in our control," added Verónica Laverde Gómez, leader of Safety and Health at Work of the CES University.
