Administration as a discipline requires the generation of knowledge and knowledge as the basis of strategic thinking, and of managing management in terms of improving productivity; both elements constitute the factors of business durability and therefore of social prosperity in the area of health.
This program focuses on promoting research training, in order to study in depth the problems of the administration of the health sector, the lack of leadership of many of its managers and the sense of belonging of its workers in general.
Taking into account that it is not enough to guarantee adequate managerial capacity, but also a high management capacity, with clear strategic foundations that allow making timely and adequate decisions anticipating difficulties and reducing operational risks caused by external or internal causes, thus guaranteeing survival and the best strategic positioning of the company.
The program is focused on four cross-cutting areas of the curriculum:
- Rationale and context.
- Study of the health sector.
- Knowledge management.
- Humanistic partner.
