We created the master's degree with the objective that students develop competencies that allow them to analyze and solve the various health alterations that occur in these species, applying the required scientific development and with a high depth in the clinical areas of veterinary medicine that compete to medical and surgical practice in small animal species.

Likewise, the professionals will develop capacities to carry out applied research in the clinical and surgical field of the veterinary practice of small animal species that allows the resolution of the medical problems that canines and felines present.

Our curriculum is framed in two areas of emphasis: Internal Medicine and Surgery.

The objective of these areas is to obtain a greater degree of specialization in clinical and surgical areas as required and demanded by the environment today.

The investigative component seeks to provide tools applicable to the areas of emphasis previously described.
