Our Masters in Tropical Medicine has the challenge of training doctors, bacteriologists, biologists, veterinarians and other human and animal health personnel, in order to improve health and research in the tropics
We develop our program in four face-to-face and independent cycles, giving our students the possibility of strengthening their knowledge in tropical medicine based on research and applied practice.

Examen: El examen escrito programado para el 25 de noviembre de 2020 para la Maestría en Medicina Tropical, Salud Pública y Epidemiología no se llevará a cabo, debido a las actuales condiciones de salud pública. Solo se aplicará la entrevista.
Publicación de resultados: 1 de diciembre de 2020. La lista definitiva de los admitidos aparecerá en la Página web
Pago de matrícula: hasta el 16 de diciembre de 2020
Inicio de clases: 25 de enero de 2021
Costo PIN de inscripción: $163.000 COP
Costo total por semestre: $9.800.000 COP.

No se podrá realizar la entrevista si viene a ella sin la documentación mínima exigida.

Our program is aimed at medical professionals, bacteriologists, biologists, veterinarians and other human and animal health personnel.
Our program, in association with the Colombian Institute of Tropical Medicine, seeks the training of integral professionals with competences in basic and applied research, related to the problems of endemic populations
of tropical and neglected diseases, with academic excellence and high ethical and human qualities, which contribute to innovation and scientific development of new knowledge, and to the validation of the existing one.
The graduate will be trained to:
• Design, execute and direct research and innovation projects to improve knowledge and solve health problems in populations at risk for tropical and neglected infectious diseases.
• Prepare and submit scientific reports and achieve the dissemination and application of research results.
• Advise research in the field of tropical medicine and neglected tropical diseases.
• Participate actively in the selection of priorities and the formulation of projects that have an impact on decision-making and public policies.

4. Have passed the grade or research work.
