The IPS Management Specialization program intensifies study in four crucial areas in modern management: economics, human talent management, planning, and project management.
The integral design of the curriculum is well known, with interdisciplinary teachers and flexibility in the subjects.
The program has more than 20 years of existence, 27 cohorts in the city of Medellín, more than 400 graduates who are recognized in the environment for their suitability, and wide acceptance in the local, regional and even national market, since its graduates have worked in various institutions at all levels with solvency and effectiveness.

You must pass all curriculum subjects and specific requirements for each program, reported in the minutes by the Promotion Committee. In addition, it is required:
1. To have presented the evidence in force that the State determines to be obligatory.
2. Submit the certificate of attendance to the CES Chair.
3. The payment of grade rights, as set out in the pecuniary rights.
4. Approval of the work of the grade or research.
5. Be in good standing with the University for every concept.
