We train leading professionals in emergency management, under the concept of risk management as a social process that is everyone’s responsibility.

We give relevance to the process of knowledge and risk reduction as fundamental axes of management, understanding the importance of implementing effective plans in disaster management.

Our line of training includes the elements included in national legislation such as Law 1523 of 2012, Decree 1072 of 2015 and Resolution 2157 of 2017.

Our program has an emphasis on:

  • Emergency management and logistics
  • Development of Action and Recovery Plans
  • Human resource management in emergencies

You must pass all curriculum subjects and specific requirements for each program, reported in the minutes by the Promotion Committee. In addition, it is required:

1. Have submitted the evidence in force that the State determines to be obligatory.
2. Submit the certificate of attendance to the CES Chair.

3. The payment of grade rights, as set out in the pecuniary rights.
4. Approval of the work of the grade or research.
5. Be in good standing with the University for every concept.
